AMMAN- Al-Ghad - The General Assembly of Al Barakah Takaful Company decided in its extraordinary meeting to increase the Company's capital from seven million to ten million Jordanian Dinars.

The Company recently signed an agreement with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) to manage the issuance of the new shares.

The Company reported that it tries to restructure the senior positions in the executive management where it attracts best professional, administrative and financial competencies.

The Company is also planning to set up an action plan to provide new insurance services in line with the Sharia Islamic Law, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to the clients.

The Company granted 10- 15% salary increase to its outstanding staff to motivate them increase their productivity and upgrade the level of services delivered to the Company's clients.

On the other hand, the Company signed insurance services agreement with Irbid National University for the third successive year and other big institutions.
